We took a drive/hike up Squaw Peak and it was a beautiful view!

We have had a very busy month with lots of soccer and football games and practices!

And these two girls both had birthdays!
Katie turned 7 years old & Roxie turned 5 years old!

We watched Raiders of the Lost Ark at the Scera Outdoor Theater!
We loved it! I'd like to do that again next summer.

Katie & Sam can always be found in the puddles!

These two put on their backpacks and shoes, just like the big kids, and they help me take the kids to school every morning.

This picture, I love, because it is the face that Roxie makes when she is being so crazy!

Matt took a shot of these three brothers wearing the CLAYTON football jerseys.

We went bowling together and Katie, surprisingly, came from behind and wasted all of us! She was the winner!

Playing up at the Provo River in the canyon at Dawna's and Eldon's cabin.

I love our backyard in the summer evenings!
Our little garden has been awesome this year! has begun again!
Hallie is in 7th grade this year.
Hallie goes with Matt in the morning to Canyon View Junior High.
They are out the door at 7:15 am.

Bronson is in 5th grade, Jackson in 3rd and Katie in 1st.
I take these kiddos to Cascade Elementary at 7:45 am.

And I keep Roxanna and Sam with me during the day!

We went on our ward camp-out in Heber and had a lot of fun, mostly fishing!

Roxie caught a fish and gave it a kiss!

Matt and Sam are total buddies! He doesn't let Matt go to work in the morning with out at least 3 hugs.

We are going to miss Sundays at the Park with Grandma Hastings!

Our kids took a section of the grass to mow this summer and they've done awesome!
Hallie gets it done well and quickly!

Lots and lots of mud pies and mud spa therapy in the backyard by these two.

We had a wonderful neighbor, Norm Harrison, come and help us yank out our over-grown hedge. We couldn't have done it without him and it looks awesome now! Yay!

Backpacking to the Grandaddies

Matt had a great idea to take Hallie, Bronson and Jackson on a 3 day backpacking trip up to the Uintahs where you can fish and hike to many lakes. I don't think the kids knew what to think but it turned out to be an awesome adventure!

They loved it!
(I wish I had at least one picture with Matt in it, but he was the one always taking the pictures.)
